Training, All Tracks
AI Training for Employees, by Tool, by Role and by Risk
One place to compare every training track we run: Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT, role-based courses for specific jobs, and safe-use training for teams that work under regulation.
AI training for employees works when it is built around the AI tool your company has actually licensed, the jobs people actually do, and the rules your industry actually imposes. Kriv AI runs training tracks for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT, role-based courses, and safe-use training for regulated workplaces; only our Claude training has published prices.
what it is
AI Training for Employees: What We Teach and Who It Is For
Most generic AI courses teach prompting in the abstract and leave people to work out the rest. We start from the opposite end: which assistant your staff already have, which tasks they would use it for this week, and what they must never put into it.
Every track below has the same three parts. Tool skill: how to get reliable output from the assistant your company licensed, using the features you have turned on. Work skill: applying it to the documents, emails, analyses or code that make up the job. Judgement: checking output before it is used, knowing which data is off limits, and knowing when a task should not go to an AI tool at all. The third part is the one people skip, and in regulated industries it is the part an auditor will ask about.
A plain statement of where our record stands: the delivery record we publish is Claude Code training. For Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT training we do not publish a case study yet, and we will say so on the call rather than borrow the Claude numbers.
Who it is for
Companies that have licensed, or are about to license, an enterprise AI assistant and want staff using it well rather than occasionally. Teams in healthcare, life sciences, financial services and insurance, where usage has to fit a written policy. Managers who need their team to adopt AI without creating a data or quality problem.
Who it is not for
Individuals looking for a self-paced certificate, teams that have not approved any AI tool yet (start with a readiness conversation instead), and companies wanting a one-hour inspiration talk with no follow-through.

claude track
Enterprise AI Training on Claude
Claude is our flagship track. Kriv AI holds Claude Partner Network, Select partner · Services Track status, and this is the only track where we publish prices.
The Claude AI Enterprise Training program is built from four named modules: Claude Foundations & Governance; Developer Track: Claude Code; Team Track: Cowork & Chat; and HIPAA-Aware Prompting. It comes in three tiers: Discovery Workshop, Team Enablement and Enterprise Transformation. Tier detail and prices are on the Claude Enterprise training page.
Our Claude Code training delivery record: for a multi-billion-dollar distribution enterprise with 2,000+ associates across 122 locations, we delivered Claude Code training for $28K against the incumbent consultancy's $400K+ quote, in 3 weeks against their 12–16, with 12 live training sessions, 26 training documents and 5 role-specific starter kits. A Senior Engineer there called it "A massive time saver." That record is Claude Code training only; it is not evidence for any of the other tracks on this page.
other assistants
Generative AI Training for Business on Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT
If your company has standardised on a different assistant, we train on that one, with the same structure as the Claude track: tool skill, work skill, judgement. Content depends on which features you have enabled and which teams go first.
Microsoft Copilot track
For Microsoft 365 organisations. Kriv AI is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Cloud & AI Platforms · Partner ID 7036589. Training focuses on using Copilot inside the documents, mail and meetings people already work in, and on the data-sharing rules that decide what Copilot should be pointed at. Full detail is on the Microsoft Copilot training page.
Gemini track
For Google Workspace organisations. Kriv AI trains teams on Gemini as an independent, multi-model trainer; we are not a Google partner. Our advice on where Gemini fits, and where it does not, is not shaped by a vendor relationship. Full detail is on the Gemini enterprise training page.
ChatGPT track
For companies using ChatGPT across teams. Kriv AI is in the OpenAI Partner Network · Select tier. Training covers shared practices so ten people do not use the same tool ten different ways, plus the data rules for what may go into a chat. Full detail is on the ChatGPT Enterprise training page.
role based
AI Upskilling by Role
Tool training teaches the assistant. Role-based courses teach the job with the assistant in it, working through one job family's real tasks.
Current role-based courses include AI for Customer Service Teams, AI for HR and Recruiting Teams, AI for Operations and Scheduling, AI for Bookkeeping and Finance Operations, AI for Healthcare Administration, AI for the Medical Practice Front Office, AI for Sales and Customer Communication, AI for Office and Administrative Teams, and Leading an AI-Enabled Team for managers. Cross-role skills courses include Prompt Writing and Instruction Design and AI Verification and Quality Control.
safe use governance
Safe AI Use Training for Regulated Teams
In healthcare, life sciences, financial services and insurance, the training question is not only whether staff can use AI but whether the way they use it would survive a review.
Our Safe AI Use in Regulated Workplaces course covers classifying information by sensitivity and deciding what may go into which kind of tool, how confidential information leaks into AI tools by accident (pasted context, shared accounts), de-identification and redaction in practice, the record-keeping and reviewability that regulated work carries, and when a task must be escalated rather than handed to an AI assistant. For Claude customers, the HIPAA-Aware Prompting module addresses health information inside the Claude program.
Where you have a written AI policy, we teach to it rather than to a generic one. If you do not have one yet, the discovery call is where we say so, and the policy work comes before the training.
how to choose
How to Choose AI Training for Your Company
A proposed format, not a fixed package: a department on Microsoft 365 might take the Copilot track in week 1, the matching role-based course in weeks 2 and 3, and a Safe AI Use session in week 4, with the AI policy owner joining weeks 1 and 4.
1. Start from the licence you have
Train on the assistant your company has approved and paid for. Training on a tool staff cannot use at work produces enthusiasm and shadow AI, not adoption.
2. Pick the first group by work, not by seniority
Choose the team whose daily tasks change most with AI and who will use it within a week of training.
3. Decide the rules before the training
Which data is off limits, which outputs need review and who owns the policy. Training without rules teaches habits you will have to undo.
4. Add a role course where the job is specific
Customer service, HR, finance and front-office teams get more from a course built on their tasks than from a general tool session.
5. Ask for the provider's delivery record
Ask what was delivered, to whom, and on which tool. Ours is stated above for Claude Code, and we will tell you plainly where we do not have a comparable record.
engagement steps
How Enterprise AI Training Engagements Run
1. Discovery call
Which tool, which teams, which roles and which rules. We tell you which track or combination fits and what we need from your side.
2. Scope and price
For Claude, one of the three published tiers. Every other track is scoped and priced after a short discovery call.
3. Delivery
Live sessions built around your teams' work, with your policy owner involved where the content touches data rules.
4. Handover
Guides and starter material your staff keep, so the training outlasts the sessions.

Frequently asked questions about AI Training for Employees, by Tool, by Role and by Risk
What should AI training for employees cover?
Three things: how to get reliable output from the specific assistant your company licensed, how to apply it to the tasks in each person's actual job, and judgement about what not to enter, what to check before use, and when not to use AI. Training that covers only the first part tends to produce occasional use and new data risks rather than lasting adoption.
Which AI tools does Kriv AI train employees on?
Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT, plus role-based courses that work across tools. We hold Claude Partner Network, Select partner · Services Track status; OpenAI Partner Network · Select tier; and Solutions Partner for Cloud & AI Platforms · Partner ID 7036589 with Microsoft. For Gemini we train as an independent, multi-model trainer and are not a Google partner.
How much does corporate AI training cost?
Only our Claude training has published prices, on the Claude Enterprise training page. Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT, role-based and safe-use training are scoped and priced after a short discovery call, because cost depends on the number of teams, the roles involved and how much of your own policy has to be built into the content.
Do you have results from your AI training?
For Claude Code training, yes: the delivery record is in the Claude track section above, with cost, timeline and what was delivered. For Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT training we do not publish a case study yet and do not reuse the Claude Code numbers for them. Ask on the discovery call what we can show.
Is AI upskilling different for regulated industries?
Yes. In healthcare, life sciences, financial services and insurance, staff need to classify information by sensitivity before it goes near a prompt, recognise how confidential data leaks by accident, redact where needed, keep AI-assisted work reviewable, and know when to escalate. Our Safe AI Use in Regulated Workplaces course covers this, and Claude customers can add the HIPAA-Aware Prompting module.
What is the difference between tool training and role-based courses?
Tool training teaches an assistant's features and good practice to a broad group. Role-based courses take one job family, such as customer service, HR, operations or finance, and work through its real tasks with AI in them. Most companies get the best result from a tool track for the whole department followed by a role course for the group whose work changes most.
