    Training, Google Gemini

Gemini Training for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise Teams

Role-based Gemini training, a rollout plan your admins can run, and safe-use rules your compliance team can sign. Delivered by an independent trainer that works across Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, and tells you plainly where each one fits.

Gemini training from Kriv AI teaches each role in your organisation to use Gemini in Google Workspace, and Gemini Enterprise where you have it licensed, on its own real work, under written safe-use rules. We are an independent, multi-model trainer with no Google partnership, which is the point: we can tell you honestly where Gemini is the right tool and where another model does the job better.

    what it is

What Gemini Training From Kriv AI Covers

Most organisations that already run Google Workspace switch Gemini on and then wait for adoption that never quite arrives. Gemini training fixes that by teaching each role the three or four tasks where Gemini actually saves them time, with their own documents, and by writing down what they must never put into it.

Our Gemini training is built around roles, not features. A finance analyst, a practice manager and a Workspace admin use the same product for very different work, so they get different sessions, different exercises and a different starter kit. Every track starts with the same safe-use foundation, because the risk in a Workspace rollout is rarely the model. It is staff pasting the wrong data into the wrong place, or trusting a summary they did not check.

Google renames and repackages its Gemini products often. We do not teach from a feature list. Before the first session we confirm which Gemini capabilities your edition and admin settings actually turn on, and we train against that, so nobody spends an afternoon learning a feature your tenant does not have.

One thing to know before you read further: we do not have a named Gemini case study yet. What we can show you is how we build role-based training, and we are happy to walk through it on a call.

    Who this is for

Organisations on Google Workspace that have Gemini licensed or are about to, and want measurable use rather than a launch email. It fits especially well where the data is sensitive: healthcare providers, life sciences teams, banks, wealth managers, insurers and the mid-market firms that serve them.

    Who this is not for

If you want to buy licences through us, or want a team to configure your Workspace tenant end to end, look elsewhere; we train people and write usage rules, we do not resell or administer Google products. If you only need a recorded video library for self-paced viewing, a generic course provider will cost you less.

    independent multi model

Why an Independent, Multi-Model Trainer Helps

We train teams on Gemini as an independent, multi-model trainer, and that changes what you get from us.

Our partner credentials sit with other vendors: Anthropic (Claude Partner Network, Select partner · Services Track), OpenAI (OpenAI Partner Network · Select tier), Microsoft (Solutions Partner for Cloud & AI Platforms · Partner ID 7036589), Databricks (Databricks partner) and AWS (AWS Marketplace seller).

That independence is useful precisely because we compare models honestly. A trainer tied to one vendor has every reason to tell you their product does everything. We do not. When a task is a good fit for Gemini inside Docs or Sheets, we teach it there. When a task is better done in a different tool your organisation already pays for, we say that in the session, and we write it into your usage guide so staff are not guessing.

    curriculum

Gemini for Workspace Training: The Module Structure

The curriculum is modular. Every participant takes the foundation module; the rest are assigned by role. Each module ends with a deliverable your team keeps.

ModuleWhat participants practiseWhat your team keeps
    1. Foundations and safe useWhat Gemini is good and bad at, how to check an output, which data classes may and may not be used, and how to report a problem.A one-page safe-use card, written to your data policy.
    2. Writing in Gmail and DocsDrafting and rewriting from your own templates, tone control, and reviewing a draft before it leaves the building.A prompt library for the team's recurring documents.
    3. Analysis in SheetsAsking questions of a sheet, building formulas with Gemini's help, and verifying the result against the source rows.A checklist for validating any AI-assisted figure.
    4. Meetings and presentationsTurning notes into actions and drafts into slides, where your edition supports it, and deciding which meetings should never be summarised.A meeting-notes rule set for sensitive meetings.
    5. Working with company filesGrounding answers in your own Drive content, spotting when an answer is not grounded, and keeping restricted folders restricted.A sharing-hygiene guide for Drive before Gemini reads it.
    6. Agents and Gemini EnterpriseFor teams licensed for it: scoping a simple agent, deciding what it may access, and adding a human check before any action.A scoping template for each proposed agent.
    7. Managers and adminsReading adoption signals, handling misuse, and the admin settings that enforce the safe-use rules rather than relying on memory. An owner's runbook for the next quarter.

    role tracks

Google Gemini Training for Business Roles

Google Workspace AI training works best by role. Role tracks combine the modules above with exercises built from that team's real work. These are the tracks we run most often; we build others on request.

    Operations and administrative staff

Modules 1, 2 and 4. The focus is correspondence, scheduling notes, policies and standard letters, which is where Gemini in Workspace saves the most hours for the least risk.

    Finance, analysts and reporting teams

Modules 1, 3 and 5. The emphasis is verification: every AI-assisted number traced back to its source rows before it goes into a report or a board pack.

    Client-facing and sales teams

Modules 1, 2 and 4. Drafting from approved language, summarising account history, and clear rules on what client information may be used.

    Managers and Workspace admins

Modules 1, 5, 6 and 7. Managers learn to set expectations and spot misuse; admins learn which settings back up the written rules.

Clinical, claims and other regulated-data roles

Module 1 extended, then a narrow set of approved tasks only. These staff get the tightest rules and the most worked examples of what not to do.

    rollout adoption

Gemini Enterprise Training for Rollout and Adoption

Training is one step in a rollout, not the rollout itself. This is the sequence we run with Workspace and Gemini Enterprise customers.

    1. 1. Discovery

We confirm your edition and settings, the roles in scope, the data classes involved and who will own the rules afterwards.

    2. 2. Safe-use rules first

We draft the safe-use card and data rules with your compliance or security lead, so training teaches the policy you will actually enforce.

    3. 3. Pilot cohort

One team goes first, on real work. We collect what confused them and what they used, then adjust the exercises before the wider rollout.

    4. 4. Role-track delivery

Live sessions by role, each with its starter kit: prompts, examples and the checklist for that team's riskiest task.

    5. 5. Champions and follow-up

We train a small group of internal champions to answer questions, so adoption does not depend on us after the sessions end.

    6. 6. Handover

Your named owner receives the runbook, the materials and the open questions log. The rules now live with you.

    governance regulated

    Safe-Use Governance for Regulated Teams

Our niche is regulated work: healthcare, life sciences, financial services and insurance. In those settings a Gemini rollout is judged less on how many people use it than on whether you can show an examiner or auditor what the rules were and that staff were trained on them.

We write the rules to the policy and frameworks you already answer to, such as HIPAA, SR 26-2, the NAIC Model Bulletin on AI systems or 21 CFR Part 11. In practice that means a healthcare team gets worked examples of which information may and may not go into Gemini under its own agreements and settings; a bank's rules use the vocabulary its model-risk and third-party-risk teams already use; an insurer's rules cover Gemini as a third-party tool; and a life sciences team decides with its quality function whether Gemini goes anywhere near validated records.

A record of the rules, attendance and materials used can be prepared on request for your compliance team.

    why kriv gaps

Why Kriv AI, and Where Our Record Is Thin

Both matter before you book a call.

What we bring: practitioners who train teams on several assistants, the partner credentials listed above, and a training delivery record we can describe in specifics. Our flagship was a Claude Code training engagement, not Gemini work: 12 live training sessions, 26 training documents and 5 role-specific starter kits in 3 weeks for a multi-billion-dollar distribution enterprise.

Where our record is thin: everything we can point to publicly is training on other assistants. Our Gemini work has no public reference behind it yet, so judge us on the pilot cohort rather than on a logo slide.

    get started

    Getting Started

Start with a short discovery call. We will ask which Gemini edition you have, which roles you want to start with and what data they handle, then propose a pilot cohort and a module plan.

Gemini training is scoped and priced after a short discovery call; see our pricing page for how engagements are structured. If your organisation also runs Copilot or ChatGPT, we can train on all of them under one set of rules.

    Straight answers

Frequently asked questions about Gemini Training for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise Teams

Is Kriv AI a Google partner?

No. Kriv AI has no Google partnership; we train teams on Gemini as an independent, multi-model trainer. Our partner credentials are with Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Databricks and AWS. If your procurement process requires a Google partner, we are not the right choice. If you want a trainer who will compare Gemini honestly with the other tools your staff use, we are.

What does Gemini for Workspace training cover?

A safe-use foundation for everyone, then role-based modules on writing in Gmail and Docs, analysis in Sheets, meetings and presentations, and working with company files in Drive. Each module uses your own documents and ends with something the team keeps, such as a prompt library or a verification checklist. We train only on the capabilities your edition and admin settings actually enable.

How is Gemini Enterprise training different from Workspace training?

Workspace training is about individual productivity inside Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Meet. Gemini Enterprise training adds the agent side for teams licensed for it: scoping what an agent may access, keeping a human check before any action, and documenting each agent for its owner. Most organisations need the Workspace modules for everyone and the agent module for a smaller group.

Can you train a hospital, bank or insurer on Gemini?

Yes, and regulated teams are our niche. We write the safe-use rules with your compliance or security lead first, to the policy and frameworks you already answer to, such as HIPAA, SR 26-2 or 21 CFR Part 11. Regulated-data roles get the tightest rules and a narrow list of approved tasks. A record of the rules, attendance and materials can be prepared on request for your compliance team.

Why use a multi-model trainer instead of a Gemini specialist?

Because most organisations run more than one assistant, and staff need one set of rules across all of them. A trainer tied to a single vendor has a reason to say that product does everything. We work across Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, so we can tell your team plainly where Gemini fits and where a tool you already pay for is the better choice.

How much does Gemini training cost?

It depends on the number of roles, the size of the pilot cohort and whether you need the Gemini Enterprise agent module. Gemini training is scoped and priced after a short discovery call, and our pricing page explains how engagements are structured. We do not publish a fixed Gemini price because two organisations with the same headcount can need very different programmes.

Do you have a Gemini case study we can read?

No named Gemini case study is published yet, and we would rather say that than dress up other work. What we can do is show you the role-based materials we build, walk through how a pilot cohort is run and measured, and let the pilot itself be the evidence before you commit the rest of the organisation to a wider rollout.
