Instructor-led course
AI errors aren't random. They follow patterns, and your team can learn them.
A 3.5-hour instructor-led course on the discipline that decides whether AI use is safe at work: recognizing how AI output goes wrong, checking it proportionately to the risk, verifying figures and dates, and deciding when a second reviewer belongs in the loop.

- 3.5 hours

What this is
A course, not a consulting engagement.
All exercises use standardized sample business documents provided by the instructor. That is deliberate. Your team learns a method they can apply to anything, instead of watching us work on one pile of files.
It teaches the skill. It does not produce documents or set up systems on any participant's behalf. If you want the build work done, that is a separate engagement with its own scope and price.
Course title
AI Verification and Quality Control
What you get
What your team can do by the end of it.
Recognize the characteristic failure modes of AI assistants, including fabricated detail, silent omission and confidently wrong answers
Apply a proportionate checking method matched to how costly an error would be
Verify quoted figures, dates and references against a source
Decide which tasks require a second human reviewer before output is used
How the time is spent
3.5 hours, accounted for.
The hours below are what we commit to deliver, not an estimate.
| Segment | Time |
|---|---|
| How AI output goes wrong, with worked examples | 1 hour |
| Proportionate checking methods by risk level | 1 hour |
| Verifying figures, dates and references | 45 minutes |
| Designing a review step into a working process | 45 minutes |
| Total | 3.5 hours |
Who it is for
The people who catch it before a customer does.
Any team using AI on work that leaves the building, including proposals, client correspondence, reports, orders and published material. Particularly relevant to reviewers, supervisors and quality staff. No prior AI experience is required.
Errors from AI tools are not random, they follow patterns, and staff who know the patterns catch them quickly while staff who do not tend to trust fluent output. A short shared session across a whole team is the cheapest available protection against an avoidable mistake reaching a customer.
Straight answers
The questions buyers actually ask.
Can our team work through this at their own pace instead?
No. It is 100% instructor-led and delivered live, in person, virtually, or part each. There is no recorded version, because the practice segments only work with someone in the room to correct technique as people go.
Do we practise on our own material?
No, and that is deliberate. All exercises use standardized sample outputs, including deliberately flawed ones provided by the instructor, so the course teaches a transferable method rather than becoming a working session on one company's files.
Will you review our work for us?
Not as part of this course. It teaches the skill. It does not review any organization's work on its behalf. If you want that work done, it is a separate engagement with its own scope and price, quoted at our standard rates.
Which AI tools does it cover?
The method is tool-agnostic and taught on a general purpose AI assistant. The instructions, verification habits and data boundaries transfer across assistants, which matters because most organizations change tools at least once while the skills stay useful.
Who can attend, and how many?
Capacity is 20 participants. Kriv AI contracts with your organization, which names the people who should attend. There are no individual seats to purchase.
Who delivers it?
A senior practitioner who does this work in real engagements, not a trainer reading someone else's deck. The person who scopes the delivery is the person in the room.
