Do participants need any technical background?

No. This track is built for people whose job is the work, not the tooling. If someone can build a spreadsheet or write a policy document, they can do everything in this program.

Can we use our real documents in the training?

Yes, and it is the point. Sessions run inside your environment under your own access rules, because training on synthetic examples produces people who can use the demo and not the job. Where data cannot leave a boundary, we scope the exercise to respect it.

How is this different from the Chat track?

Chat is about broad, safe, everyday usage across the organization. Cowork is for teams with heavy, repeatable document and analysis work, where the value is in building a reliable pattern rather than asking better questions.
